Northwest BookFest 2012

Background

 
Northwest Bookfest brings readers, writers, publishers and authors together through panels, classes and readings held at a two-day festival celebrating the literary arts in the Puget Sound region.
Bookfest encourages people of all ages to interact through art diversity to cultivate a lifelong love of literature through programs designed to promote literacy. The festival also celebrates local reading, writing and authorship by increasing community awareness of literary offerings.

Nerentola: The Italian Cinderella Puppet Show


Poor Cenerentola is told to stay home and clean while her sisters go to the ball. But with the help of her fairy godmother, she is transformed and her only friend, a little mouse, becomes Pulcinella the Clown. They are off to the Masquerade Ball, but what will happen when the clock strikes midnight?  -- Northwst BookFest 2012
